You can use the Shipr app to fulfill orders on Shopify using your Amazon FBA account. This is useful for the sake of inventory efficiency. You can leave your stock with Amazon, all in one place, and fulfill both Amazon and Shopify orders with one dashboard. Additionally, you can track both Amazon and Shopify orders in Seller Central, and your inventory will be neatly stored with one provider i.e. Amazon FBA.
HOW IT WORKS
1] Manual Mode
- Go to Shipr app > FBA
- The FBA Orders page will list orders from Shopify.
- Select the items you want to ship via FBA and click on the 'Ship with FBA' button.
- The app will prepare an FBA shipment depending on your FBA settings in the Shipr app.
- Confirm the shipment by clicking 'Ship with FBA Now'.
- Your order will be sent to and fulfilled by Amazon FBA.
- The order status will be available on the app dashboard.
- Shipr app will update the Shopify order status along with the tracking information.
2] Auto Mode
Instead of manually confirming each FBA shipment you can configure the app to automatically ship with FBA for all eligible orders on Shopify.
- Go to Shipr app > FBA > Settings
- Select AUTO Mode and hit Save.
- Each new order on Shopify will then be attempted to be shipped via FBA.
- You will receive confirmation of success or failure via email.
- The order status will be available on the app dashboard.
- Shipr will update the Shopify order status along with the tracking information.

- It is available in the following regions only: US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia. Other regions coming soon.
