The Shipr app is designed to work with multi-item orders on Shopify. You can configure the app to either of the following options:

1. Fulfill partial order when a few invalid SKUs detected

Each line item in the order is attempted to be fulfilled via FBA. In case one or more SKUs are not fulfillable (due to invalid SKU, insufficient inventory, etc) and if this option is selected, then the app will partially fulfill the order by shipping the items having valid SKUs. Invalid SKUs will be skipped.

2. Do not fulfill the order when invalid SKUs detected

Each line item in the order is attempted to be fulfilled via FBA. In case one or more SKUs are not fulfillable (due to invalid SKU, insufficient inventory, etc) and if this option is selected, then the entire order will not be shipped at all. Only if all the line item SKUs of the order are valid, then the order will be shipped via FBA.

3. Do not fulfill the order when multiple SKUs detected

With this option, if an order contains more than one SKU then the entire order will not be shipped. Only if the order contains one unique SKU (irrespective of the quantity ordered) then the order will be attempted to be shipped.

4. Do not fulfill the order when multiple items detected

With this option, if an order contains more than one item then the entire order will not be shipped. If the order contains one unique SKU with more than 1 unit ordered, even then the order not be shipped. Only 1 SKU with 1 quantity ordered will be attempted to be shipped.
