If Shipr app successfully ships via FBA but does not update the status of orders on Shopify or does not update the tracking information, then it could be due to the following reasons:
1. Misconfigured Shopify Order Processing settings:
Go to Shopify admin > Settings > Checkout > 'Order processing' section
Set 'After an order has been paid' to 'Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items' option.
If 'After an order has been paid' is set to 'Automatically fulfill the order‘s line items' then the Shipr app will not update Shopify order status along with tracking information.
2. Shopify's built-in 'Fulfillment by Amazon' integration is active:
If you use the Shipr app to ship products via FBA then you need to deactivate Shopify's built-in 'Fulfillment by Amazon' integration. This integration prevents the Shipr app to update the Shopify order status correctly. Secondly, keeping it activated might lead to multiple shippings for the same order.
Steps to deactivate 'Fulfillment by Amazon' are provided here.
